Phanteks Primo Case Question

ddbtkd456
Graphic card
257mm (reservoir bracket installed)

277mm (reservoir bracket installed w/o cover)

350mm (no reservoir bracket)

390mm (HDD cages in front position)

515mm (no HDD cages)

That is what I pulled off the Phanteks website for its specs. Now I do want the reservoir bracket installed...whats the w/o cover? Also according to hardware canucks only the top 5 pci slots are compatible with the reservoir bracket installed. So which motherboards and gpus should I get. I can either do a SLI 770 or a single 780 T.I. I will be pushing 3x23" screens pushing 1080p each.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

Basically, the without cover is if you use more the one GPU. Just one GPU even cards like the 780Ti's and Titans fit just fine with the bracket on.

Right but I will want to SLI at some point....if I use the bracket will it interfere with the length of the card?

Yes, with dual GPU's the the bracket will not be unusable.

edit: the only way to use the bracket correctly, is if the GPU's only cover the first 4 slots on the motherboard with no spacing between them.

Hmmm...then how would you go about putting a reservoir in the case, other then posting it up right in front of the graphics cards...

Im, in the mix of gathering all my WC parts, what I have came up with, is laying the Res on its side and mounting it to the bottom rad. You could also do this to the top rad as well depending on how thick the rad is.

If you are not going with a res larger then a 150 mil, you could mount the res were the optional PSU is located.

Yea however I want a drain port in mine which has to be the lowest spot in the system....hmmmm....I suppose you could mount it behind by the pump...blahhh who wants to do that tho since it needs to be the pride of your case.

Do you know the distance from the back plate res. (on the back of the case) to the bottom of the case?
