what should i download after i install window and boot into desktop screen

so i am building a new pc for the first time VERY soon and i want to know what drivers i need to download when everything boots up and running

Download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website for all your components, install avast antivirus, and install google chrome. (you don't need no stinkin IE)

The drivers depend on the components you have :P

You need the motherboard drivers (lan, sound, 'chipset', integrated graphics (if any), USB3, Wifi (if any), and you can get the raid drivers and utilities if you want to).

GPU drivers. and if you have extra stuff (wifi card, etc) that too.

All the drivers for GPU, motherboard bios updates, and most importantly Steam Download Steam

You may want to get some temp monitoring software and stress test if you are building yourself. With them you can find out if cooler needs to be remounted before any harm comes.

You get your drivers based on what hardware is in your system.
