Is it worth getting the first one? It is $100 more expensive, but should be a little quieter and perform better for cpu based things. I don't have that much money, but i should be able to afford the first one.

get a better gpu on the first one and a beefier PSU if it is needed and you are good to go (something like an r9 280)

i already have the 660, if you looked, you would see that it says "purchased"
