Also how do you make a drain port that's always connected and what parts do you need to do this?

Res>flow monitor>pump>drain port t>basement rad>gpu>cpu>back rad> top rad>res.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

You've made like 7 topics on this. Chill.

The drain port should just be on the bottom... If your loop is sealed you should be able to open it when the pump is not running and nothing will come out until you open a place for air to come in.

*ultra snip*

Great choice of components!

Your pump has to come directly after your res and it has to be above your pump. Skip the 140mm back rad entirely, it's just more tubing, fittings etc. Two quad 120mm rads is more than enough for a CPU + GPU(s).

For the drain valve use this http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14595/ex-tub-1034/Bitspower_G14_Mini_Valve_-_Black_Sparkle_BP-MVV-BKBK.html somewhere at the bottom of your loop. You can connect it with a T-line fitting between two components and just have it closed with a stop plug on the opening when you're not using it.

Cool it on the post tho.

Dont bother with the single 140mm rad, its pointless in a big case like this, get a thicker rad in the roof/basement instead.

In regards to your comment to posting this "7" times which I will ignore my reasoning behind making another post was to get a divsity of opinions along with making it easier on people that are responding to this topic. My previous topics did not have water cooling or lighting in them. I have been getting opinions to make this build the most stable and solid I can. so excuse me for trying to make it easier on people who are responding. anyways now that that's cleared up :P thank you so the drain port will act like equal pressure do I need a valve on it?

Just a tip, making more posts makes it harder for people trying to respond since they have to keep tracking your new posts.  :)  In regards to a diversity of opinions. Sending multiple topics will actually get you less focused help. What I mean is that people who know about watercooling will go to the watercooling section and look at the topics while people who see it on the recent posts list may know nothing and make bad recommendations. I would check out overclockers.com for very experienced watercoolers.  :)

Onto your question. I'm not sure what an equal pressure valve is but as long as it is at the bottom of your loop and you open the top of you res to let air in, it will drain just fine.

Because of the heat sink on my motherboard.

No its not that...just changing the casing and the water cooling layout to save a little money is all :) I like the enthoo primo (black) better anyways and have some ideas for it, plus it will match my fiance's since she will have the Phanteks Luxe.
