Seriously? 28k is more than you need, here is my build for half of that

 

Do you need monitors? OS, Peripherals etc etc etc

 

I included 3 monitors, no peripherals and just 1 PCI-e SSD and 1 4TB drive feel free to add more if yuou need more storage, I would get a NAS/Server build and house a drive array if it was me

You failed. 15k is 13k less than 28k. Needs more crap. Maybe some super expensive 4K monitors. maybe 3 of those and another 3 1440p monitors for browsing. Then maybe a professional-grade 3D printer and perhaps a CNC machine or something...
