Is there like an easy program I can use to get me close that will let me fine tune later if I feel like it? I saw one like it in his newest video, but I obviously have a lil older board and chip so idk if it exists for me.

Overclock.net to the rescue

http://www.overclock.net/t/538439/guide-to-overclocking-the-core-i7-920-or-930-to-4-0ghz

There's an utility for overclocking you get on motherboard installation disc - AI suite. However, compatibility with newer versions of Windows is questionable. The software that came with my P6T deluxe worked only on Vista and XP, not on 7 or 8. I reccomend using BIOS. It may look scary at first, but it really isn't.

and under "Utilities" find ASUS AI Suite. It's the easiest way to overclock if you're that scared of BIOS.

I currently have my i7 930 @ 4.0ghz, I used to had it running at 4.4ghz (when I first got my CPU, had it running for 2 years before my PC BSOD nonstop) than slowly I lowed it down to 4.3ghz than 4.2ghz now it is running stable at 4.0ghz. My setting is 1.275 for vcore with vdroop enable, 1.250 for QPI/Uncore, and my BCLK is set @ 191 with the cpu multipler at 21.
