Stickers on new laptop...

So I just bought an MSI GE70 2PE and am loving it so far, but it came with a really big and ugly sticker that has all the features on it on the left hand side below the keyboard... And I'd like to remove it but I'm afraid it's going to leave some nasty residue (it's a black brushed aluminum finish) and if I use alcohol I'm afraid that it will also stain or discolor it... Any suggestions??? Thanks!

remove it, clean it with goo gone. Or peanut butter and water. But the latter you'll need other cleaners to make it not smell like peanut butter.

Those stickers are made to not leave residue when removed. Just take it off slowly and carefully to be sure.

I just ripped mine off. But I still love stickers, so i think that was a mistake.

I'm trying to peel it off but the clear part on top is just coming off, ill keep working at it.

I agree with this ^ . I've used goo gone on a numerous amount of my laptops and its worked perfectly. Good luck

Wow, that was easier than I though, the area under it is just a little lighter in color, but that'll probably change with a little light exposure and some wear! Thanks for the confidence I guess!
