Please help trying to put new GPU in

Alright today i recived my new 270x. i had a amd 6570 in my computer i put in my new power supply the cx 600. might old gpu was working fine. i went to put the new 270x in i bought this used off ebay so i installed the drivers online. after doing so an error came up saying drivers not installed or not working properly. so i put the old one in thinking the gpu came broken but then after uninstalling the drivers and re installing the drivers of the amd 6570 now that card has the same error.

I think you're suppose to install the drivers before putting in the card

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC

use the above to remove the old drivers

then install the AMD 14.4 drivers

with the old GPU

then shut down

plug in new GPU

boot up

i have done every thing u said when i turned on my pc after putting the new GPU in it said installing drivers. But then after it said No AMD driver graphics driver installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. please install AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware. then after that it said AMD R9 series failed. PLEASE HELP :)

windows 7 64 bit

is windows updated to the latest patches?

what is the full specs of your PC?

the only way i can think of which is the last resort is to do a fresh re install of the OS

could be some other programs interfering with the AMD drivers
