you don't believe corporations buy the votes of your congressmen with donations and personal gifts?

Congressmen? Maybe, maybe, and most likely, but to say that is more fearful than the Chinese government is ludicrous. Have the US government up and raided Microsoft offices? The Chinese people get run over with tanks if they try to stand for democracy, in USA you at least have a fighting chance and the day anyone starts believing we don't is a very sad day.

Both countries suck, to varying degrees of suckage.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
