Yeah I heard 1866 MHz for producing which is about the same price anyways

 

there isn't really a noticeable difference between 1600 and 1866Mhz

Is 1tb enough space for fl, vsts, games, projects, Photoshop pic's, adobe after effects (small audio spectrum videos) and will it be good for adobe ae?

Yes.

And Bf4 on high-ultra, recording Minecraft with shaders, rendering YouTube videos (for fun probably, nothing serious) and playing with shaders on servers while recording? What about Crysis 3 on high-ultra?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
