Did you run memtest for 8 passes. Usually 1 pass takes 1 hour. But my advice is to make sure you have the correct drivers and update them. Also update your bios. Sometimes viruses and malware can cause problems so I advise to run a scan with malwarebytes antmalware as well as a tool called comodo cleaning essentials. Hope this helps :)

Bugcheck 124 mostly related to faulty hardware. Sometime the mainboard, sometime the processor ,etc.... I checked your mainboard BIOS is up to date so thats good.

Try update your mainboard drivers(Chipset, Management Engine, RST) and reset your BIOS to default. If it happened again, try disable Intel Speed Step in BIOS.

Do you have a complete memory dump? Check C:\Windows\Memory.dmp. If yes please upload it here.

Can you post a screenshot of your Disk Management window?

Regarding Windows Defrag event viewer error, you can install this hotfix.  http://smallbusiness.support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2929874

i tried to run it but it says "this update is not applicable for your computer"

can i delete the memory dump?

btw i took the graphic card out and send it back to US EVGA RMA DPT for a warranty repair, maybe it's the card itself?

also i put a new cpu  fan yesterday Noctua NF-B9 PWM but how come the fan is not spinning fast i change the bio setting from smart fan to full load but it's still running the same speed.
