Have you tried with just 1 stick of RAM in at a time (try both, separately)?

I will laugh so hard if this is the correct answer. Mostly because it has happened to me before. xD

Try unplugging ALL unnecessary devices (pci cards, usb devices besides your mouse/keyboard, HDD/SSD), leave the memory in though, and see what happens.

when your pc beebs without ram thats good. it means your motherboard isnt comletely dead. do you have some sort of power led's in your pc? perhaps the monitor cable or the video input of the monitor isnt working. i dont thik its a mobo problem cause usually they are completely dead, however you could try a new bios battery. or your cpu is dead.

If you take out the watch battery for a few seconds and put it back in, that should reset it.

A bad hard drive wouldn't cause this problem, if you only have a bad hard drive (or no hard drive at all) you can still get into the BIOS and get a display sent to your monitor.

Alright, wouldn't hurt to try a different monitor as well if you have one laying around.

Yes, clearing it will wipe any settings you have changed, like boot order or overclock settings. It will just be like how it was the day you got it.
