Building my new rig need help

i am building my first custom gaming pc and a not sure what to buy this is what i was thinking of (i have to get the parts from this website)

what is your budget?

 

also 16gb is not needed for gaming

my budget is around $1300 Australian or $1220 American or $720 British and someone told me your gpu ram uses up regular ram so if i had 8gb graphics ram i would only have 8gb of usable ram, is this true?

Your Gpu has its own ram called vram it doesn't use the main ram of your system.

By the way £ is the symbol for british currency
