super cheap silent cpu cooler

Mao_Zedong

what is a silent cpu cooler for really cheap (preferably under $20) i won't be using an overclock able cpu, so that isn't a focus. the hyper n520 seems like it would be ok, though slightly over budget.

212 evo.

Anything cheaper is not worth it, you might as well keep the stock cooler.

If you've got the money, a Dark rock pro 3 or a Noctua NH-U14 or NH-U12. Best silent coolers in my opinion.

Yeah I did. Did you read the bit where I said, "if you've got the money" ?? How about a location too??

That aside, Thermaltake Contac 21 CPU or Thermaltake NiC F3, and CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO are the cheapest in my area of the world.

I live in the united states. I saw that you said that, but i had already said that i didn't, so your post was pointless.
