Small Budget GPU

Hello,  my dad wants to swap out the Nvidia 9800 GS in his computer to a card that supports HDMI output.

The problem is that the case is fairly small (it's a best buy bought HP desktop) and it can only supply around 350w of power. The reason he wants to do this is so that he can hook it up to the TV and stream Vvdeos, no gaming for him.

So help me out, what's the cheapest card that can output HDMI Video and audio and not overload the power supply?

GT 210/510/610 or RHD 6450 are the cheapest, but to be honest I'd doubt they perform any better then a 9800GS

Geforce GT 210, but GTX 750 TI SC would work and it alot more powerful.

:P 750 TI SC is the most powerful card that'd work. It'd be overkill or "future proof" for the father if you look at his old card you'll realize he rarely upgrades and he said he has a PSU limitation so you're suggest of  the Titan Black wouldn't work and all Titan Blacks are 6GB so why'd you list that xD you also Realize VRAM doesn't really affect performance much..

haaaah! but if he wants futureproofing then he might want 6gb of vram to make sure he can stream his 4k porn videos for a while you know ;)

So if he wants futureproofing he'd have to create a bottleneck, Run his computer outside of a case, and break the laws of physics! >.<
