Another Rant at EA... Unresponsive live chat rep

Ok guys so basically on FIFAs EASFC App for the iPhone, I was having a little trouble placing bids on players. I decided to contact EA via Live Chat to see what I could do to fix the problem. I went through everything, and it told me my wait time would be 60+ minutes. I thought it seemed long, but since I could get on with other stuff whilst waiting for an advisor, I decided to wait out the hour. What happened next was simply stunning.

After just over an hour, I was put through to an advisor called Vishant. Now Vishant seemed a little shy. Why do I think he was shy? Because he doesn't like to talk to customers! You can look at the images I will add to this post, but basically:

The "conversation" started at 22:55 GMT. By 23:09, I got a little agitated. By 23:16, I started ranting in the chat. At 23:20, I decided I would like a copy of what I was saying emailed to me by EA, and told Vishant that this is what I would be doing. At 23:22, I decided to tell Vishant that the chat would stay open overnight, just to see if he would reply. It is now 23:32 and still, no reply has been given.

 

Moral of the story: EA is bad.

 

EDIT: I found an article on Urban Dictionary about Vishant. I have to say, none of this seems relevant to this Vishant... http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Vishant

 

EDIT 2: Alas, at 23:43, the chat was ended by somebody on EAs end.

Contact them via email or phone and get a reference number for your support ticket.

Correction: you don't care. And if you didn't care, you wouldn't comment. Meaning you probably do care...

Not gonna call them (Can't request a call back in the UK, its a US only feature afaik). I'll probably just be waiting on the line for an hour, which I will have to pay for, just to be told it's a "known issue" or "your case is being escalated to the studio" where it will be ignored and not fixed for FIFA 15... (Also the caring thing was sarcasm lol).
