If you can record to a separate drive, FRAPS is alright for up to 30-45fps(using a hard drive). Dxtory with lagarith lossless codec can do 60fps recordings no problem on the same hard drive. OBS can also handle 60fps with it's default codec, it also has support for Intel Quick sync making it possible for shadowplay-like (less graphical fidelity) performance if you have a compatible Intel CPU. I've heard good things about bandicam too, although I hate hate that program with a passion. I exclusively use OBS myself, even though I have the option to se shadowplay

I am good at computer

...he asked what will give him the best fps. Fraps tanks your framerate.

I should be studying.

Don't use Fraps. It tanks your framerate. Dxtory is a lot better IMO and produces much higher quality video than Fraps.

I should be studying.

DVR for amd, shadowplay for nvidia. Fraps has pratically a 10% loss on framerate, huge files and really good quality. I would go for the first two....

Anything that has the H.264 encoding feature.

I know bandicam does, it gets basically the same fps as shadowplay.

AMD Catalyst is the Radeon driver suite, I found it and it's called Raptr/Gaming Evolved. I still can't figure out how to record though :S

GCN, cool. Then you can use DVR in AMD Gaming Evolved APP or OBS with VCE

AMD Gaming Evolved will give you best performance but it still quite buggy and many game is still not compatible. Raptr team will release version 4 this week that include some bug and compatibility fix so stay tune.

OBS will work pretty much on anything and you can set overlay for Twitch streaming, do not update OBS if got popup. You can enable VCE function in Option. Just download either Release 32bit binaries (2014-07-20) or Release 64bit build (2014-07-20) if you want to record 64 bit game (pretty glitchy)

MSI Afterburner is one to checkout too. It worked nicely with my older system.

Shadowplay

Did you actually read anything else than just title before posting? It says on OP that he has AMD card and know already that can't use Shadowplay.

OBS with AMD VCE(your GPU support it) or Intel QuickSync(if your CPU support it).
