Can I mod my ATH M30x

So I have audio technica ATH m30x and I want to get the removable cable mod. Has anyone actually tried or is it even possible.

Fedex Ground must be on Horse back, It took 7 days to go 200 miles

Why do you want a removable cable?

You probably should have ponied up the extra $30 for the M40x's.

I have the Audio Technica ATH-M50x but there for my workstation and I promised myself i wont move um ( I broke 3 traveling) So I was wondering cuz I have them laying around and I wanna f*** with them xD

Lol you broke 3 different pairs of M50X's and you still keep buying them?

The plane lost my carry on that's one. I left them at a friends house in Michigan (I'm in new York) so I call that lost. It was never a fault with them. ( 2 or them were m40x's but I count them as the same :P)

Oh, breaking and loosing aren't quite the same thing.

 

As others have said, just look up M50 cable mods and it should be relatively the same.
