CenturyLink, $80USD a month, I'm getting 4.87down/.47up, on a good day my download is ~8mb/s. Called in multiple times, they have came in 3 times physically to "fix it", meaning give us a new router and "tinker", as they call it.
Then they leave, our speeds are better for a couple hours, and then it's back to the same BS.

On the bright side, I have three routers I don't use. Because I have my own router. That I got for $160. To use. On these speeds...

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

Wouldn't it be more accurate to make a poll about $/Mb?

Example: 10Mb speed, 10$ a month = $1 per Mb.

               20Mb speed, 30$ a month = $1.5 per Mb.

on the current poll you can't tell how much people is paying.

My dad paid for it. not me. I wanted to go with Xfinity, but he wanted to go with Netzero. Screw netzero.

On the 8th of August, I'm getting BT Infinity. Supposed to be 72 down 20 odd up. When I get my new pc at Christmas, you bet your sweet ass I'll be twitch streaming! I think it's 25-30 pounds.
