Clarification on Chrome Battery Issue

Hey guys,

I have a question that I've googled for a bit but found no answer. Does the Chrome battery tickrate problem lie with Chrome or with the Blink engine? If it lies with the engine, I would have to shift away from my current browser, Opera, to Firefox. Thanks!

Regards,

CwGoh

Just Chrome, if any other browsers did it they'd have been in all the reports on the issue along with Chrome.

Is there a way to manually change the tick rate?
