How to change Photo size

Right click the photo and open with microsoft picture manager. (assuming you have office installed)

It's the quickest and easiest way to do basic editing to a photo.

 

Click edit picture (or something) and click resize.

I know this is not the place to ask this question!!

 

I want to create art for my youtube channel, but i get this when i try to upload photo "the photo you uploaded is too small! it must be at last 2048 Pixels Wide and 1152 Pixels tall!"

If someone can help me to change photos size, please help!
