Would a  Sapphire R9 290 with a TRI X cooler fit in my Corsiar 200R?

Yes, it will fit. However, you will need to remove the HDD cage. Only 5mm short of fitting without the HDD cage :P

Is it a second card? Because 200r top pci slot can fit any cards in the market right now.

Its going to be installed in the first PCI E slot.
