Just got my One Plus One

Sousuke

Hey Guys,

Just got my One Plus One after a mate of mine gave me an invite.

I have got to say first impressions are very good!

I have the 64GB Sandstone Gray model which cost me £269 :)

Before you ask me for invites I don't have any yet however If I was you I'd watch this thread as when I do I will be posting up about it and first come first served.

Don't worry I won't be asking for likes or anything like that, May just have a trivia question in there :) or something like that.

Anyway if you have any questions about the One Plus One then post in here and I'll answer it but I am rather new to the phone myself xD

damn .cool man enjoy it

Thanks :) Will do!

First Impressions.

The phone is light for the size!  Lighter than my current HTC One M7 which was a massive surprise!

Screen is beautiful, going from the HTC One M7 to this is a massive upgrade even though the screen density is higher on the HTC One M7 the extra inches will help alot with the videos :)

Build quality is very good, feels solid in the hands and the soft textured back is really good in fact I would even say that build quality matches my HTC One M7.

Speed ... Plenty of speed in this phone, fast as I could have hoped for in a phone!

Thats it for now :P Only had it an hour

So is the S5 ... so is 99% of all products these days, not making any real point there.

S5 is still an awesome phone Xalies so I wouldn't worry about it :P

Anyway still awaiting some invites to give out but don't worry I will be posting in this thread the second I get them.

Remember it's first come first served.

I did an unboxing of it if you're interested now I am NOT a big youtuber or anything like that so quality isn't that good. I will be posting a review on it in a few weeks time when i've 100% tested this phone.

I'm on my second day in now and I have to admit I am seriously impressed by the battery life, Charged it on the 25th and still on 48% however its not been used heavily, in fact quite lightly as i've had the weekend off from work.

This was one of my biggest gripes of the HTC One M7 was the battery life being poor now I don't have to worry about "Oh crap did I charge it" as I had to charge the HTC One M7 Nightly otherwise with light usage it would die around 75% into the 2nd day, this is on its second day and is still showing just less than half of it battery left.

Cyanogenmod is very quick on this phone meaning that it has the "Google Play Edition" Feel to it in relation to speed.

Overall good impressions to start with.

Didn't notice any issues with the screen being yellowed or audio quality when calling someone.

So far so good :)

So only one follower for the Invite?

I don't have any at this present time however it may only be a matter of weeks before I get some.

Anyway what this post is really about.

I've now had my phone for 6 days, Only charged it twice since then which is amazing for a 5.5inch Smartphone.

Performance is incredible, it is stupidly fast! The phone has no issues with anything i throw at it, HD Video, Games ect ect.

The screen is beautiful .

Build quality is still awesome no complaints in that department.

Will post up a full review in the next week or so as I want to have 2 weeks with the phone before I review it.

Paypal is ready for purchase on receipt of invite! The wife needs an upgrade from her cracked screen S3 ASAP! Thanks for not selling the invite on eBay btw..

Edit:  Please remove me from any OnePlus One contests. I just got an invite from the OnePlus One forums completely randomly. If I get anymore I'll share them with the LTT community. Thanks ALL!

Awesome news!! I'd rather give them out as I didn't pay for my invite so I don't think that its fair if I sold mine.
