Asus Transformer book T300LA for $600?

Im looking to get a 2 in 1 that's not going to break the bank ($1,000 or under) that also is more of a laptop then tablet (AKA I want a large screen). I've been eyeing up the Transformer book T300LA for awhile now and actually got it down to $600 on microsoft.com with a copy of Office 365. 

 

Does anyone think this is worth it? Its $800 everywhere else on the market. Anyone suggest any better 2 in 1's (MUST be DETACHABLE. No convertable BS) since ive seen mixed reviews about this one? Thanks!
