Posted July 25, 2014 So my brother chews through about a phone every 9-12 months because he works in construction and after 2 months he stops giving a **** and apparently throws his phone at walls repeatedly (not literally). It doesn't take too long before they're covered in concrete powder and the screen gets permanently cloudy from I guess rubbing against all this garbage in his pocket. So he wants affordable phone(s) that work reasonably well. Requirement-Android (I know you guys want to say Nokia, I understand, but wrong OS, he won't like anything else)-Sub $120, preferably around $80-100 and we can hopefully slap a good case on it-Unlocked-Works in Canada (I'll verify that myself if you guys give me some suggestions) Thanks! Posted July 25, 2014 It unfortunately doesn't look like I can get my hands on that for less than about $170 but it looks pretty good for the price.

Posted July 25, 2014 You won't be able to get a nice Android phone for under 130, but you can buy a case that will allow his phones to last longer in the rough conditions he works in. If you really had to, you can buy used phones from previous popular models fairly cheaper than you would think.
