Hyper 212X questions

Hey all! I plan to build my next rig in a H440. I have a micro ATX Asus mobo and Corsair Vengeance RAMs. I was wondering if the high profile RAMs would be a problem if I were to add a Cooler Master Hyper 212X. I've already ticked the Noctua ND15 (or whatever the number is) out of my list for the same reason. I'm not concerned too much about the noise levels and I've read the 212X is a pretty good performer with decent sound levels. I plan to get the red/black H440 and I was thinking if there is an alternative cooler with a black or red look that fits. If not, no big deal. I don't need CLCs, I'm not much into water cooling. Finally, if I were to replace the stock 212X fan with say Corsair SP120, would that be a good idea or just stick to the stock? I picked Corsair SP120 over the Noctuas as it matches with the case color (red/black). Again, not too concerned about noise levels, although it would be nice to know if it was quieter.

To sum up, here are my questions :

  1. High profile rams with a 212X on a micro ATX mobo ?
  2. Any red or black aftermarket CPU coolers?
  3. Good idea to replace stock 212X fan with SP120?

TIA!

1) should be ok.

2) there are a few black coolers

Prolimatech Black or red Megahalems  Alpenföhn Himalaya 2  Alpenföhn Brocken

Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced or 3

3) no you're better off getting a better cooler than replacing the fan.

Rig Specs:

AMD Threadripper 5990WX@4.8Ghz

Asus Zenith III Extreme

Asrock OC Formula 7970XTX Quadfire

G.Skill Ripheartout X OC 7000Mhz C28 DDR5 4X16GB

-snip-

What model of ram are they? Pretty sure the D-15 fits on everything this time around.

Hell, if it fits over the dominator platinum's, i'm sure it fits over everything else.

Sadly they are not available in India. I guess I'll go with the 212X
