I'd go with the Dell s2340m, Because the IPS display will get better colours and viewing angles.

 

the Benq RL2455HM has a slightly higher refresh rate and faster response time, plus a VESA mount. so if those are more important to you, go with that.

Go with the S2340M, Dell is great at making monitors.
