I use Kubuntu, need help to create a partition to install Windows 7, what are this options?

Hi, i use Kubuntu the last version.

 

I have a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB and i want to install Windows 7 with a new partition.

 

Kubuntu > 50GB

Windows 7 > 250GB

 

So, i used the KUBUNTU CD-DVD to do it but i don't understand what are this options, i don't know how to configure the partition to install Windows 7 64bit.

 

Here are some screenshots:

So, when i clic "Add" button, i get this options:

Help please, what i need to do here?.

I just want a partition to install Windows 7 from the Windows CD-DVD, to select that partition quickly and install it fast.
