Distilled/deionaised water with a biocide.

nah but for real i'd say distilled water and make sure it is distilled or you might kill your PC

Best coolant is laboratory grade distilled water with two silver coils or monsoon's silver bullets.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

distilled  water with a kill coil or a biocide and make sure you don't mix copper and aluminium. Using dye after a month or so the dye will gunk up in the pump and/or possibly your cpu and gpu waterblocks.

Distilled water + biocide or for colored liquids, Mayhems Pastel or X1.

DI water,biocide and half a cap of Kodak Photoflow to lower the surface tensiom
