130$ and 500W

750Ti is best suggestion I can think of.

If you can spend a bit more and get a 270 then it'd be better than the 750Ti, if you can the 750Ti is still a great choice. And your CPU shouldn't bottleneck it much.

Summary of what Linus said a while ago "We do not choose Nvidia or AMD because we like one more, we pick based on which offers us the best price-performance and features in our budget" Also I do believe you mean GPU not CPU. GPU is the graphics processing unit

Why go for the 270? If i did what games could I run on what settings?

The 270 is better than the 750Ti. Less intensive games you could run at ultra 60FPS, more intensive ones maybe High at around 60FPS too.

pretty much everything from high-mid on 1080p, the r9 270 is a great card in terms of price/performance

Yep. Will be fine.

So it wont bottleneck my cpu? or vice versa? how ever it works

Generally CPUs are bottlenecked by the GPUs. Either way, at the price range, that pairing will get you the best performance with said budget.

Like @antoainb said, you should be able to get 60FPS on most games on high or ultra. Wouldn't worry too much about bottlenecking if you get this card (until/if you upgrade your CPU, that is). :)
