I ordered a nicer mic, but it has yet to arrive from China (we all know how long it can take).

Ohms is not the power directly, but it does indirectly determine how much power there is going to be at your headphones. 

Ohms is resistance: for each volt at a certain resistance, a certain current is going to flow through the cables. This is why you need amps for higher-resistance 'phones: to make more current flow by upping the voltage.

More Ohms is less power at the same voltage.

That current * the voltage = Power in watts

That being said, the review is good. I have two small remarks on it:

First off, it's ok not to know everything. To keep saying this and adding that in overlaid text feels quite awkward, and it's sort of downtalking yourself. You're doing fine, don't worry! The scriptless part is fine too, again no need to downtalk yourself when you can't immediately remember something.

Second, your voice seems monotonous, it's not horrible, and I'm not telling you to change it because others might appreciate your tone. This one's more personal.
