What is the worst video game you have preordered?

For me it was SimCity collectors edition. I played it for about 24 hours, it got boring because i filled all of the land in the largest region (all got to skyscraper level). I promptly went back to SimCity 4 and started having more fun. Havent preordered anything since...

 

I hope maxis/ea make simcity 4 but with improved graphics, include all of the main features from popular mods and dynamic weather, like snow that makes the map/region get all snowy.

Well i didnt preorder it, my brother did but anyways modern warfare 3. In my opinion that game was so shit it stopped me from wanting to play cod for a long time, ive recently started playing cod4 again but screw the new games, there is the whole people think of copy and paste but its not copy and paste, the quality slightly increases and the gameplay decreases, the newer games suck ass big time.

BF4.... I bought into the E3/gamescom hype, tons of people reported that it was fantastic and I even got to play it before release on a small convention that we have here. The game was actually amazing on LAN, who knew that it would be so fucked up at launch. Lesson learned, you can't even trust your favourite franchise anymore to release a decent product these days.

I preordered bf4 but tbh im enjoying it. Ive preordered cod before but i enjoy it even though its a pile of poo. i bought titanfall which was a bit of a flop atleast i didnt pay full price. Never again will i preorder though

preordering is for people who have confidence in game devs. Definitely not for me.

 

I rarely buy a game unless I've looked at about 5 reviews of the game, I'm not going to spend any money unless I know it will be worth it.

Test Drive Unlimited 2.

 

Oh yea, TDU2 will be my pick aswell!

TDU1 was amazing, and TDU2 was soo disappointing :(

I couldn't agree more, that game had such potential but it was just a disaster. Plus they never fixed any of the problems with the game either.

I can't remember which it was, but the only thing I've preordered was one of the assassin's creed games that IMO was a waste of money/time.
