HDD monitoring programs

HWmonitor tells me that my HDD runs at 45C when I'm gaming. I know this is unhealthy, so I'm trying to monitor my HDD more carefully from now. What are some solutions I should consider?

Better case airflow.

It's impossible in an AIO. :) I just want programs to monitor my HDD's health. Manufacturer specifications state that it can reach up to 60C so I'm not too worried.

Crystal Disk Info will tell you everything you need to know.
