Motherboard destroying my OS

Hello guys, I have a problem.

For about 3 days my computer has been freezing up randomly for about 5 minutes, then bluescreening saying critical_process_error. At the same time the onboard Raid controller started giving an error everytime when booting up, saying one of the ssds of my raid 0 array has had an error occuring, but that the whole volume would be fine. Booting into windows there were also error messsages. After several times of unsuccessful rebooting, I tried "repairing my computer" in the windows boot error screen.

After that I could boot again and none of my files were gone, but the freezes were still happening. Twice on monday, yesterday about every 2 hours, and today practiacally every 30 minutes.

Now I went into troubleshooting as my computer was basically unusable. I did a lot of things, not sure if I even remember all of them. I cleaned the registry, checked the memory with memtest86, reunstalled chipset drivers, sata drivers. I tried to "refresh my computer" using the windows cd, restoring my complete boot drive with a 1 month old acronis backup image, reinstalling windows completely, changing the graphics card, removing all usb devices, except mouse and keyboard, booting into safe mode and check for errors in the device manager.

Nothing helped, I dont know what else to do...

The only thing that I did not change yet, is the motherboard, that I just bought 4 weeks ago. Because I broke my old Rampage IV Extreme, I got the Rampage IV Black Edition. I havent had any problems the first 3 weeks, but I cant imagine what else it could be... any ideas?

Anyways thanks already for your input! ;)

if it just OS in the RAID

you just need to rebuild the RAID when you get a new mobo and install the OS back

but yea suggest doing a backup of the files before the RAID controller finally dies

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

So it is either my 2 year old Corsair Force GT SSDs or the raid controller on the motherboard itsself...

is there a program to test ssds for errors, like memtest, but for ssds?

Luckily I didnt store any critical data on the raid 0 without backups ;)

Just here to ask, do RAID controllers actually die overtime on a MB?

So Im not getting errors form crystal disk info about my ssds, going do to another test with speedfan, as it can apparantly also check for smart errors.

...if there wont be any errors, I am going to rma the motherboard... :(

but thanks anyways for your help guys.
