Do people in the U.S.A. don't use Whats App?

I just talked to some friend from the US and most of them use regular texting (SMS). I always thought that Apps like this are really popular there.

Pretty much everyone in southamerica uses it, so yeah, i think the US is one of the few countries that don't use whatsapp or a similar alternative like telegram or line.

Everyone I know has unlimited texts and if they need to contact people in another country they use Skype, Teamspeak, Steam or Facebook.

That is interesting. In Germany my data plan with free landline and Vodafone is 10 Euros. A texting plan would cost way more.

Most of my friends have iphones, (myself included), so I wind up using imessages a lot.. Other than that, literally everyone I know, including extraneous elderly non-techies, has a plan with unlimited texting..

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

In latin america I talk with all my college friends through WhatsApp, even some teachers. I actually use regular texting very little, if at all.

friends ,if you are not interseted with these chat app .

Then there is another chat messenger "kik messenger" which run on andriod phone .

There is another best part of that ,you can use  kik messenger on pc with help of andriod emulator bluestacks.

Both are free of cost .
