best way to clean a keyboard and mouse

I try to do a regular cleaning cycle with my keyboard and mouse, and I'm able to keep the surfaces decently clean, but I have a hell of a time cleaning the nooks and crannies of them so does anyone have tips to ease this process?

If worse comes to worse, you can always turn your keyboard upside down and violently shake it

For mouse, use toothpick for joints, damp towel or cloth to wipe it. If you can open it without removing pads, clean insides too.

Compressed air and a micro fiber cloth. Use short bursts, you don't want to build up condensation on sensitive parts.
