BFL 60GH/s Second Unit Not Recognized

I'm away from home right now but I found some BFL 60gh/s units for super cheap on eBay. 

 

Long story short I had my mom plug both of them in individually to make sure they work. When they are both plugged in, only one is recognized. It mines just fine at 58-62GH/s. 

 

I've uninstalled the device a few times from Device Manager and even tried downloading the recommend drivers from the website. 

 

Nothing I do will make the second one recognized in either EasyMiner or Bitminter. 

 

 

Help Please.

Try different ports, maybe its too much for the hub.

Try different ports, maybe its too much for the hub.

They are plugged in to the top of the case via USB 3.

Try plugging one into the front and one into the back

I'll try plugging them in one at a time but yeah ill try one in the back.
