FSX (that cpu powah hungry and annoyingly badly made game),

iRacing,

rFactor,

and most of my steam library which is found here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198092676089/games/

personally I will pick the i3 Core

but note the i3 cannot be OC but you set yourself up so you can install the 5th gen Broadwell CPU when it arrives next year

I will verify if the GPU can be power by that PSU single GPU power plug

if not i will pick the 500 watt brother

Don't buy Windows and get yourself a better video card with the extra money. :P

Also the idea of going with the Intel Z97 boards make sense as you could upgrade the cpu if you felt the need to.  As for the cpu to choose now I would go with the G3258 as you should have some fun overclocking that thing.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Nice with this build this guy did he fit a GTX 770 in the purchase.

As for me looking up parts and giving a recommendation way too tired.  I have been up all night and morning.  My brain is dead almost and so only commenting on what people share is all I can do.

Thanks :P haha the i3 is not TOO bad, here is a video of Planetside 2 that the OP plays running on an i3 and a 770 on ultra

That budget i5 will be a great option, and the stock cooler is perfectly fine if not OCing and can be changed later. Its a build I have recommended to a few friends
