Mounting Air Cooler to Bare-die of Naked 4770k?

Is there any suggestions for mounting a Thermaltake CLP0556 to a Bare-die on a CPU without an IHS?

My mITX build is a heat box. The cores are idling around 50c with Turbo Boost turned off and no OC. I've tried different coolers and even delidded it with no change in temperature. It's terrible to think you pay good money for parts these days, and it gives you nothing but problems.

I contacted MSI sales and am now purchasing the Delid Die Guard. I'll let you know how it goes :) thanks for your idea.
