Needs to be as cheap as possible but with decent quality.

Ideally costing less than £20.

Logitech C270 should get the job done.

Looks like it has sme stutter problems?

I haven't noticed any stutter on my C270.

Not sure, I have not used the mic on it as I have a proper desktop mic.
