Medium resistance mousepad for laser mouse

Go to solution Solved by sperkowsky,

steelseries 4hd own it love it. Ive used many high end mousepads and it is still my favorite. I use a g600 mouse for reference

I'm looking for a mouspad for gaming and everyday use with medium to high resistance, under 30 USD. The mouse i'm going to be using it with is a Logitech Performance MX. I would prefer a hard surface or soft plastic over cloth, because that's what i'v been using so far.

Any suggestion and/or experiences will be appreciated!

Any of the Func Mousepads. They're all very quality, seeing as func has been in  the mouse pad game forever. There products are all on sale on newegg, and i'd recommend this one:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826996127&cm_re=func-_-26-996-127-_-Product

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

That's a cloth mousepad though, OP wouldn't want a cloth mouse pad

Hard pads are really the opposite of resistance. I also have the 4HD but I wouldn't recommend it if you want resistance, as it makes your mouse glide like on ice. But if you want speedy glide, then it's excellent for that.

If you want resistance you ideally want a cloth pad as they add friction where hard surfaces generally have less
