I need some help with build planning.

I am doing some planning for my next build it is not until income tax,i know it is normally not good so far behind, but i am going to use the what we pick now to base what i pick then, plus i am really bored lol.

Now my spending limit is around 2k.

Now i am looking for a complete system w/keyboard,mouse and monitor, for keyboard i want a mechanical keyboard that is backlit(color does not matter as long at it matches the case led's),and has dedicated media keys, for a mouse it just needs to be a decent gaming mouse if it helps i have a deathadder, logitech g9x,and a steelseries diablo 3 mouse, and i like all them, but they are all going to be in use so i can't carry them over to the new build, and for a monitor i want a 1440p screen,i am also looking for a sleek style case.

What parts would you guys suggest?

Keyboard/case/mouse is up to user preference most of the time (for example I have a Red/Black build but I like Razer Keyboard and mouse, which is green) so you can change that however you want

What currency are you using? Do you need a copy of Windows?

What's the system being used for?

I am spending it in USD,i have a copy of windows 7,and the system will mostly be used for gaming and very heavy web surfing, but i plan on trying to teach myself video editing, music making photoshop, and a ton of other programs like those.

I also forgot to mention that i will need more than 8gb of ram cause i currently have 8gb and have tons of problems with running out of ram.

What kind of content will you be working on? What are you doing when you're running out of ram?

Well i really want to start making youtube videos, and making decent content.

When i run out of ram on my current rig i usually have 15+ tabs open across 2 windows in chrome,i'll 5-15 different programs running(stuff like hardware monitor, afterburner, chrome, steam, raptr and other stuff)and then some times i will try and play a game while all that is running lol,yes i am ADHD.

Hmm, I don't have problem doing that kind of stuff on systems with 8GB ram.

What kind of videos are you going to be making? Just 'youtube' is very, very vague.

Stuff like Linus and Logan, starting with reviewing stuff I have, and other tech related content, and also just any other stuff I may be interested in, like maybe some stuff on cars, and any other stuff I may find later that interests me.
