Sidenote about my setup:

 

 

So, the violetric v200 headphone amplifier is a highly recommended amp to use with the LCD-2's, (the headphones I have) turns out there's a company in China/Asia selling OEM versions of them with the same internals+layout, just a different sticker on the front, for $800 cheaper! And they take PayPal!! 

I'm sort of debating on replacing my objective 2 with it after my build-log is finished.

I'd love to help you with the colouring of cables but I'm colour blind and everytime I try get a yellow someone tells me it's green... So yeah....

I just contacted Icemodz.com and asked about cables etc, $135 with shipping for: 1 24 pin, 1 8 pin CPU, 1 4 pin CPU, 2 8 pin PCI-E + 1 6 pin PCI-E

I'll definitely be buying from him, so affordable!

I should be able to order those tomorrow-ish.

 

 

Also if anyone is interested I put my GT's on the classifieds since I'll probably use SP120's instead since the yellow rings look so nice.

I have an issue guys!

 

What should I do for the 4 pin CPU custom-cable, just one black one yellow?

 

Also, now that I'll be buying a lightning, it has 2 8 pin + 1 6 pin, so I'll have to think of some sort of design for that.  I want to look at it as a 22 pin cable, with 11 cables showing, rather than separate cables.  Should I just do the same design as my 24 pin, but take one black cable off the end?

 

I should be ordering the cables tomorrow morning, and some of the SP120 QE's as well.

Yeah I think you should do the same with 1 black off the end... Also 4 pin should be the same as the 4 in the pic.

Yeah that looks good! 4 pin then I would go yellow grey or yellow yellow because of the 2 walls of black ones on this above.

I think I will do black+ yellow for the 24 pin to keep it uniform.

 

I'ma sit here for a few mins and change the colors for the PCI-E cables until I find something I like more.
