Internet Speed For Gaming At Ultra Settings

I have a Internet Connection that gives me 500Kbps download speeds 

and i play games alot

so is that speed Enough to make me PLay at Ultra Settings 

OR

is it a completely unrelated Comparison ?

Jokes aside, graphics don't depend on network speed, latency or bandwidth with the exception of that XBOX thingy.

Your internet speed doesn't affect the performance of your PC. You will maybe run into lag issues with multiplayer titles, but it still doesn't matter performance-wise.

Your PC doesn't "download" the graphics to your PC. Everything in the map including other player's character are rendered in your own PC, because all these textures, asserts and models are already installed on your PC.

What the internet comes in play is the player's controls, physics, AI, kill log, stats and whatsoever in multiplayer.
