I am switching over and my dad needs to get a new phone.

 

The LG G3 looks like it has a better camera and battery life but I'm not sure if that is actually true.

 

My mom is getting a new phone as well and I'm thinking we might get her a moto G but I'm not sure...

I would also check out the Sony Z1S. I would die without the waterproofness.

But the G3 is a great option. The new LG Skin is amazing compared to the ugly and slow G2s Skin.

Both have a 3000mAh battery, but the Z1S consumes less power, so it has a better life.

I have one and it has one con and many pros. The con is that the panel is a TN on the Z1S, so the viewing angles are not great. But Everything else is great!

Hmm well I'll look into it..

I'm not the one getting the phones my parents are =p

 

I'll keep my nexus 5 and my brother will keep his nexus 4 because they are unlocked.
