Water Cooling Help

Hey, this is my first time building a custom loop. I want to cool my processor (i7 3770k) and graphics card(Zotac gtx 770 4gb edition). My case is a corsair 300r. I need help finding the right reservoir, pump, gpu water block, cpu water block, tubing, fluids, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Budget?

Location?

Colored tubing or liquid?

Bay or tube reservoir?

Tubing size preferences?

I'll get a list going once I know those things!  :)

Ok. I'll try to fit that budget, but it might be tough.

I made a post over here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/183831-help-water-cooling-my-system/#entry2470664

Most of the other stuff is pretty straight forward. Im just having trouble finding the right water block
