Safe Adhesive for Water Cooling

So I just bought a new reservoir from Primochill and the vortex killer that came with it seems to have come apart. The vertical part came unglued from the horizontal base. So I was wondering what type of glue or adhesive I could use to fix it and would still be safe to use in my loop. Thanks!
