help with wifi dropping (noob)

Hey all, I have a virgin media superhub 2 or something, I have a pcie WiFi card and it randomly drops connection it still sees all WiFi connections around me then takes a minute or so to connect to my WiFi after it drops also happens occasionally on my laptop range is fine stays at 4 bars cheers and if it's in the wrong forum or thread or whatever it is haha could someone direct me thanks again :)

Hello I did change channels and used the exact same app it's on channel 9 now and hasn't dropped since :) just get massive spikes on the ping :/
