BitCoin Block-Chain torrent link

I recently downloaded the entire blockchain so i could help the network and run a full node, previously i have been using MultiBit.

 

This morning though, my hard drive died. I dont want to put more stress on the network by downloading the entire thing again, so i was wondering if there was a torrent link available?

The bitcoin network is strong enough that you can just download it again from them. Unless its about your home network stress.

It's very slow to download directly from other nodes in the network. Each block is downloaded sequentially, then checked and verified before moving onto the next. This creates a bottleneck that limits the download speed directly from the network. Using the bootstrap torrent allows you to download the majority of the blockchain at your full network capacity then have it all checked at once while it's being loaded into your client.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.
