Help with mouse and keyboard

So, i'm upgrading my setup of mouse and keyboard (as well mouse pad), and need some help choosing. I'm going to use both my keyboard and mouse to game and to work on them. My type of grip on the mouse a "clawish" type, sometimes swiching to a full palm, but never a complete claw type. For typing i want a mechanical keyboard, if possible either Brown or Blue switchs, spetially blues, even for gaming. And most important: some serious built quality, and i can't stress enough how the build quality is important to me; I want these things to last for life. I can give up the backlight, but it would be a feature to consider. Some of the products i've selected based on reviews and some (very small) experience for myself:

Keyboards:

- Logitech G710+ : Tried at store. Seems resonable well build but have some flex.

- Ducky Shine and Premier: Never saw one in real life, but seems extreamly well build. The backlight is a nice touch.

- Cooler Master Quickfire: Only reviews. Seems good.

Mice:

- Logitech G700s and G502: tested them at store. Feels very confortable.

- Corsair M65: Never saw one. Aparrently, extremely well contructed.

I'm asking for more options and some sugestions on what i should look in a mouse and keyboard. Thanks for reading!

p.s: i was also thinking of getting a MM200 extended edition mouse pad to come along.

I'm loving my Logitech G710+ so far, It has MX Browns and feel very good when typing/gaming.

I'd also checkout the Corsair K70. It has an aluminum back plate, if you need the extra sturdiness.

The dedicated media keys and volume roller on both of these keyboards are a big plus to me. I hate having to click on a Fn key + an F key just to lower the volume/skip a song. :)

I own a Ducky Shine III and a Corsair K70 and personally, I prefer the Shine III although that RGB K70 is really tempting...

As for mice, I'm personally biased towards the Mionix Naos series.  They're the most comfortable mice I've ever used.  I have both the Naos 3200 and 8200 although I prefer the 3200 due to the fact that the 8200 seems to have crazy tracking issues on any kind of mousemat.

AMD Ryzen 5900X - Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming WiFi 2 - 32 GB GSkill TridentZ RGB
GeForce RTX 3080 - WD Black SN850 1TB  - Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL

That actually brings up a question: i''ve looked at the ducky models and the ones i liked were the Ducky Shine 3 and Ducky Premier. Now, i know that the Ducky Shine 3 has a full led backlight, but does the Prem, ier have backlight at all? I was considering It  because of the quality of the keys.

I personally don't like the Mionix Naos series as they don't fit quite well in my hands, that's my only complait about them.

For legendary build quality, you can't beat Mionix in this regard.

Your best choice is Mionix Avior/naos 7000 for both superior sensor and build quality.

As for keyboards, the chrome aluminum k70 has no flexibility at all and a good wrist rest. You can opt for any cherry mx switch(i'd suggest brown for a typing/gaming hybrid)

Not quite as familiar with the Premier, but if it's anything like the other non-Shine Ducky keyboards, then it only has a backlight for caps, num, and scroll lock to display whether or not they're active.
